They always have smiles on their faces and treat customers genuinely well. Overall, a pleasant experience and a place I’d happily visit again

  • New staff Rina is exceptionally nice and friendly. Serves customers with a smile. When she was waiting for a group of customers to decide and finish their order, she acknowledged me waiting in line so I didn’t feel ignored. Also we wanted to order the new menu but it wasn’t updated in the system yet. Rather than turning us down, she told us to have a seat first and she would call us back once she had it sorted. She even said thank you when we picked up our drinks from the counter. Always a pleasure to receive good customer service. Thanks to her we had a pleasant time at this branch both times we were here this week. Environment of this branch itself is quite well maintained. However on Fridays, there are a lot of people who would just hog up the seats, not order anything from CBTL and eat the food that they bought from the pasar malam. This isn’t right. Have seen this happen on several occasions, especially with the outside tables but there are also those that even sit inside! Some do order drinks but still eat outside food despite the store having a sign saying no outside food or drinks allowed. Often times the outside food is quite pungent/strong smelling. Hope the management will look into this. This branch might be too short staffed for the staff on duty to really enforce this.

  • CBTL at Leisure Mall is my favourite branch for many years. All the staff who works at this branch is always very polite, friendly and jovial. This branch doesn't have many staff, mostly 2 per shift but their speed and efficiency is excellent. Food and drink prepared follows SOP too.

  • Best pizza in town with great coffee. What more do you want? Great service, sometimes crowded, sometimes not. The aircon is just right, not too cold , not too hot. Just love this place. Cozy corner with both indoor and outdoor seating although limited.

  • This leisure mall branch is my favourite, the staff here rotate but so far everyone has been hardworking, helpful and friendly. The food quality here is excellent and has been consistent for a long time. They pay more attention to the way they cook their food and how they plate it. The space is clean and bright- it is obvious that the workers take good care of the space here. It can be hard to get a table as it is usually crowded in this branch, especially on hot sweltering days when people are trying to escape the heat. It’s a good place to do work here too so many people come here for that. On Friday nights, groups of people from the night market would come in to eat their food without ordering anything, which I think is not respectful and can be nuisance because they dirty the place and come in large numbers. There is a sign that says no outside food allowed, it would be nice for people to respect that or at least order something. Special shoutout to Ms Rina who is cheerful, friendly and helpful. Even though she’s the only staff that mends the counter and makes all the drinks in the evening, she gives good service and can handle everything well. She served me two nights in a row and remembered me which was lovely. She greets each customer when they come and is very polite with each one. The good service here always makes my time here even more special and comfortable. Thank you so much Ms Rina! Please keep up the good work and continue to steward this branch well!
